How chronic disease starts and becomes stronger
We are constantly obsessing about our chronic diseases. We ask ourselves constantly, what if it gets worse. And how bad would it be. Then later on you start to create stories with it. You are basically self hypnotizing to have what you have. You constantly worry about it and for your brain worry is an affirmation. You are telling your brain look I have a chronic illness. The more you worry about it, the more you think about it, that is exactly what you will get.
Thinking constantly what if, can mess up your life and your head pretty bad. Of course, the what-if is a bad thought. If it is positive, it is beneficial. But the bad what if’s are the problem.
The solution is to go to the first time the problem happened and clean it up. That is how you will be able to release the energy charge all the negative affirmations created in your mind.
