Comparison with other types of psychological techniques
I have done my share of testing in my life. I dabbled only for a second in regular psychotherapy. When I saw the therapist being messed up more than I am, I just said, hey wait, this does not work. Furthermore, hearing Howard Stern the famous shock jock saying he is going to therapy four times per week for many, many years, and he is still at the same level, that made me think a lot too.
Then, there was primal therapy, that saved my life literally. The problem with it is that there are almost no therapists, and it is very expensive. You have to usually be close to the therapist, and it involves a lot of screaming, shouting, hitting stuff, etc. That is all good, but building a special soundproof room or box. That is a minus. I have been doing primal therapy for many years. However, my therapist retired and I could not find another one, so I switched to FEFT.
Primal therapy is much different. In Primal therapy, they make you cry, and that with crying you get the healing. Here in FEFT we try to avoid the crying. Furthermore, in Primal therapy, we are very sensitive to the patient. We never provoke them, are mean to them, etc. In FEFT, we sometimes use poke & provoke techniques, where we try to make a patient connect more with feeling, and intensify the memory that we want to get rid of.
I looked further. I dabbled also in Scientology auditing. However, there was always a stigma attached to Scientology. Nevertheless, basic auditing usually works. It is kind of similar to FEFT I would say. We both try to get the intensity of the feeling to 0 so it never bothers a patient again. However, you need a special meter, for measuring when the patient comes across the feeling that really bothers him. And then there are Scientology church tracking, spies, pressure, scams, who needs this???
I have found that FEFT is the best thing. It gives you quick results, and you can really target specific things that you want to work on. You cannot do that with other therapies. Like, for example, you want to target weight loss. How are you going to do that with regular psychotherapy? Or Scientology, primal therapy? You can’t. With FEFT you can quickly remove the overeating of specific food, or overeating in general. You can focus for example drinking too much Coke, Mountain Dew, etc.
Then you can target money issues, pain, painful memories… In FEFT we think more universal, it is more of a spiritual approach, universal law of attraction. If you tap for example on “I don’t have money!” Usually, something will happen in the next few days involving you getting money. Some people said they found money, gambled money, but many people claim they earn much more after they tap on money issues.
Faster EFT is the system, that has great potential.
