Faster EFT vs Eutaptics – What is the difference
The Difference between Faster EFT and Eutaptics
I underwent training for both Faster EFT and Eutaptics, and I am certified in both. I became certified in Faster EFT 5 years ago and completed Level III, after which I started practicing as a Faster EFT practitioner. However, Robert Smith, the inventor of Faster EFT, decided to change the name to Eutaptics due to some major problems with Gary Craig and his daughter concerning the name Faster EFT.
The two systems are similar, but Eutaptics has more detailed and demanding training and certification exams. This is one of the major differences between the two systems. Faster EFT practitioners are no longer listed on Robert Smith’s website, and only Eutaptics practitioners will be listed on the new site.
Eutaptics can be considered as Faster EFT with updated and better-explained techniques. The training for Eutaptics is better organized than Faster EFT, with tests, videos, manuals, etc. available on the website for better understanding. In contrast, Faster EFT training was done using CD bundles.
Another major difference is that certificates for Levels I and II are no longer available in Eutaptics, and certificates are only given for Level III or higher because only practitioners at these levels are allowed to work with clients. The manuals in Eutaptics are better written, and the videos are updated and more organized, with videos for every part of the training. However, the training for Eutaptics takes much longer than Faster EFT training.
Eutaptics practitioners are also required to update their knowledge every few years, which was not necessary in Faster EFT. In addition, Eutaptics training requires having sessions with Level IV Eutaptics practitioners to complete each level, which was not necessary in Faster EFT.
In my experience, the training for Eutaptics has made me a better practitioner than I was before. I have learned several new techniques that I use in my practice, and I feel much better equipped to deal with clients’ problems. However, becoming a practitioner in Eutaptics is more expensive than before.
